Job summary

Quorum Health Corporation is looking for a qualified Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic procedures and ensure radiation safety standards are adhered to. You will also conduct quality control on radiology equipment and maintain your imaging skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of training at an accredited school of Radiology Technology.
• C-ARC certification is required.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiologic diagnostic procedures adhering to safety procedures.
• Conduct quality control on equipment.
• Provide coverage in other areas of the Radiology Department as needed.

Job description

Location: Mesa View Regional Hospital, 1299 Bertha Howe Ave, Mesquite, NV 89027, USA

The Radiology Technologist performs radiologic diagnostic procedures, adheres to proper radiation safety procedures, and performs procedures accurately and efficiently. They also perform necessary quality control on equipment and assume responsibility for maintaining and improving diagnostic imaging knowledge and skills. The Radiology Technologist will provide coverage in other areas of the Radiology Department as needed. All other duties as assigned.

Education

• Associate’s degree or better in Radiography.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of training at an accredited school of Radiology Technology.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.

Licenses & Certifications
