Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Rad/Onc Coder at Emplify Health. The Rad/Onc Coder will be responsible for assigning appropriate medical codes to procedures and diagnoses in radiation oncology. They will ensure accurate documentation and coding compliance while supporting the revenue cycle and billing process.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in medical coding practices for radiation oncology
  • Familiarity with ICD and CPT coding systems
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in assigning medical codes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Certification in medical coding (e.g., CPC, CCS)
  • Experience working in oncology coding is a plus

Experience in Radiation/Oncology and/or infusion coding and/or Hematology/Oncology Coding strongly preferred.
