Job summary

National at Ave Maria Golf Club, located in Ave Maria, FL, is seeking a part-time Racquets Sports Pro Shop Associate to join Troon Golf, LLC. You will assist with front desk duties, POS transactions, and inventory, while delivering a welcoming experience to members and guests.

The ideal candidate brings retail or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn the POS system. Tennis or pickleball knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

National at Ave Maria Golf Club, located in Ave Maria, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Racquets Sports Pro Shop Associate! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality‑focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and organized Pro Shop Associate to assist with daily operations and provide a welcoming experience for members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk coverage and assist with member and guest check-in.
• Operate the POS system for retail sales and program transactions.
• Assist with inventory ordering, stocking, and merchandising.
• Complete opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Answer questions about court reservations, programs, and events.
• Assist with racquet sports programs, events, and tournaments as needed.

Pay:

$16 per hour

Schedule and Start Date

• Must be available to start November 1, 2026.
• Current schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 2–7 p.m.
  
• Hours may change over time; flexible availability is required.
