Bent Tree Country Club in Dallas, TX is seeking a Housekeeping and Maintenance Associate to support the Racquets Department. The role emphasizes maintaining clean facilities, safe environments, and reliable service for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or maintenance preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform light maintenance tasks and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive in addressing tasks.

Responsabilités

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Racquets Department, including courts, locker rooms, and common areas.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Conduct minor maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities as needed.
• Monitor and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to management.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment for events or activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and club policies.
