Job summary

Dallas Country Club in Dallas, TX seeks a Racquets Pro Shop Attendant to support shop operations, assist with court reservations, league and social events, and merchandise sales in a manner that reflects the club’s mission.

The ideal candidate will be proficient with Outlook, Excel and POS systems, deliver outstanding customer service, multitask under pressure, and enjoy engaging with members and guests. This is a full-time position and requires a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two‑year college or technical school, or 1–2 years related experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents and communicate clearly with members.
Basic math for POS transactions and pricing; comfortable with numbers and accuracy.
Strong computer skills including Windows, Word, and general business applications.

Responsibilities

Assist members with merchandise selection and pricing; support reservations and events.
Maintain shop inventory and display areas in a neat, secure, and functional state.
Log and process member charges and transactions in the pro shop system.
Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information on court reservations, events, and lessons.
Monitor email and coordinate with team to ensure smooth operations.
