The Houstonian is seeking a part-time Racquet Sports Associate to operate the Racquet Sports Plaza activities, including tennis, pickleball, paddle ball, and the Courtside Pro Shop. You will greet members, support reservations, lessons, and league events, and handle food, beverage, and retail duties.

The role requires strong communication, proficiency with phones and computers, and the ability to manage daily admin tasks, inventory, and member communications via the Houstonian app.

Formación

• High school education, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Computer experience, Word, Excel, Internet.
• Customer service experience in a high-volume setting.

Responsabilidades

• Racquet Shop Associate is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Courtside Pro Shop, including customer service, sales, inventory management, and completing daily operational checklists.
• Maintains a neat, clean, and welcoming environment for members, guests, and prospects.
• Assists with courts reservations, pricing, merchandise inquiries, and program information.
