Job summary

IFT Worldwide is currently hiring for General Labor positions including Racker Packer shifts. The role involves racking parts for wet processing and packing per work instructions. Training is provided, with shifts on 1st and 3rd, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include reading instructions, inspecting parts, counting orders, and maintaining safety protocols in a high-temperature environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have basic math skills to count quantities.
• Flexible to changing responsibilities/priorities.

Responsibilities

• Rack parts in preparation for wet processing.
• Remove parts from rack after wet processing is completed and pack them per the work instructions.
• Reports to the department Supervisor & Plant Manager.
• Read & comprehend specific work instructions.
• Pack & unpack parts to customer specification.
• Rack & unrack parts per work instructions.
• Inspect parts for nicks, dings, blisters, & color distortions.
• Count & verify production orders.
