Job description

We are looking for racker packers to join our team at a tier 1 metal automotive plant! Top-rated car manufacturing plant with room for growth! We have the following positions available: robotic welding, racking, paint line, and powder coat.

Shifts: 2 PM to 10 PM, 3rd shift 10 PM to 6 AM

Pay: $17.75

WEEKLY PAY!

Responsibilities for our Racker Packer Associate:

• Appropriately handle and inspect metal car parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Move at a consistently fluent pace to keep the rate
• Keep area clean and orderly
• Follow directions
• Demonstrate punctuality
• Exhibit a willingness to learn!

Qualifications for Racker Packer Associate:

• Must be able to pass a national background check
• Must have steel-toed shoes or boots
• Be able to lift between 15-70 lbs depending on department
• Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours
