Job summary

Smart Care Equipment Solutions seeks an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician in Dallas, TX to service supermarket and commercial refrigeration systems and perform routine maintenance with independence.

You will adhere to safety standards, provide on-call support, and keep detailed service records while growing your skills through hands-on training and leadership development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC/refrigeration experience.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain supermarket and commercial refrigeration systems (walk-ins, freezers, reach-ins, and rack units).
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues independently.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, including on-call support.
• Maintain accurate service records and assist in additional service areas as needed.
