Job summary

Walmart in Hutchinson, MN is seeking a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to maintain and repair our Refrigeration HVAC systems across local stores. You will use commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills with hand tools, digital tools, and other equipment to complete jobs, while following Walmart safety policies and procedures.

Minimum qualifications include 2 years in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance, EPA Type I/II or Universal certification, a valid driver’s license, and

Qualifications

2 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
Type I/Type II or Universal EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
Valid state-issued driver’s license with clean record.
18+ with a HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair Walmart facility Refrigeration HVAC equipment using hand tools and power tools.
Use work orders to receive repairs and document activities.
Inspect and diagnose facilities and equipment to identify issues.
Comply with OSHA and EPA guidelines and Walmart safety policies.
Lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights as needed.
