Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to join our local store facilities team. You will maintain and repair Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using commercial tools, respond to emergencies, and document work orders in the system.

The role requires 2 years of commercial Refrigeration HVAC experience, EPA refrigerant handling certification, a valid driver's license with clean MVR, and a HS diploma or equivalent. Safety and training completion are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance
• Large-Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience
• EPA Certification for Refrigerant handling (Type I/II or Universal)
• Valid state driver's license with clean MVR
• 18+ with HS diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using commercial HVAC skills and tools
• Use work order system to receive and document repair work orders
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues
• Complete required training to operate equipment safely
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and Walmart safety policy
