Job summary

Wize Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Pallet Rack Installer to join our team. You will work with the Dock and Door group, installing and repairing dock equipment and pallet rack shelving in warehouses across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-minded, and able to lift 40 lbs daily; OSHA 10-hour certification and construction experience are preferred. Travel to job sites may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the foreman with daily tasks, installing and repairing equipment (levelers, dock seals, shelters).
• Operate forklifts and construction tools following safety protocols.
• Complete OSHA-related safety training to stay compliant.
• Support the foreman with daily installation tasks.
• Assemble and install pallet racks, shelving, and cantilever racks.
• Occasionally travel for job assignments.
