Job summary

Wize Solutions is hiring a Pallet Rack Installer to join our Dock and Door team. You’ll help install dock equipment and pallet rack shelving in warehouses, collaborating with foremen to ensure safe, precise setups for clients.

The role requires physical work, lifting up to 40 lbs daily, reliability, and the ability to travel occasionally. OSHA-10 certification is required within 30 days of starting, with welding and electrical reading experience a plus.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10-hour certification required, within 30 days of start.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs daily and perform physical tasks.
• Must pass background and drug tests.
• Welding and electrical schematics reading preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist foreman with installing and repairing dock equipment such as levelers, dock seals, and shelters.
• Operate forklifts and construction tools following safety protocols.
• Complete required safety training and stay compliant with industry standards (OSHA).
• Support foreman with daily installation tasks.
• Assemble and install pallet racks, shelving, and cantilever racks.
• Travel occasionally for job assignments.
