Hendrick Motorsports is seeking a highly motivated engineering student for the Vehicle Engineering Group. The role focuses on lab testing, data acquisition, and race team support, involving 7-Post testing, ride rate rig operations, and data analysis tasks.

You will develop basic tools and contribute to post-event reports and test planning. Ideal candidates have foundational knowledge in vehicle dynamics, statistics, and data handling.

Qualifications

• Working towards an Engineering Bachelor’s Degree (four-year college or technical school).
• Proficiency in vehicle dynamics software and simulation tools.
• Data analysis software experience (Pi Toolbox, Motec).
• Proficient PC skills including Excel and PowerPoint, plus basic database management.

Responsibilities

• 7-Post Test setup, instrumentation placement, data processing and calibration tasks.
