Job summary

Belterra Park Cincinnati is looking for a Racing Security Officer to ensure safety and order on the property during racing operations. This role includes monitoring areas, assisting guests, providing emergency aid, and composing reports on incidents. This is a physically active position, often involving standing and walking throughout the facility.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in security or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain order on Belterra Park property with racing operations.
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to provide a safe environment.
• Compose accident reports and incident statements as necessary.
• Assist sick or injured guests and employees during emergencies.

Skills

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality

General familiarity with investigative procedures

Ability to compose clear reports

Must be bondable with no felony convictions

CPR Certificate
