Job summary

Northfield Park Racino is seeking a Program/Mutuel Supervisor responsible for producing and printing daily racing programs and supporting the mutuel department during open hours.

You will train program staff, supervise program and mutuel sellers, handle opening/closing duties, and manage daily paperwork. Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is expected, as is the ability to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of prior customer service experience required.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Train program department employees.
• Produce all on-site racing programs, including layout and printing.
• Oversee program and mutuel sellers and their accountability.
• Handle opening and closing duties for the departments.
• Manage daily paperwork and reporting for programs and mutuels.
• Operate heavy-duty copy and tote machines and troubleshoot issues.
