Job summary

CDC Foundation invites applications for the Strategic Plan to Advance Racial Equity (SP-ARE) Project Manager to support the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. You will oversee SP-ARE implementation, coordinate PHIG reporting, and drive cross‑department collaboration with a trauma‑informed, equity‑centered approach.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of project management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience in racial equity, health equity and innovation.
  • Ability to reinforce health equity priorities and inclusivity.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

  • Center health equity in project management and meetings.
  • Coordinate status reporting and project stability.
  • Develop and report KPIs and PHIG progress.
  • Establish SOPs and performance management processes.
  • Lead cross-department collaboration and reporting updates.
  • Manage milestones, resources and risk for multiple projects.
  • Prepare briefing notes and project success reports.
  • Communicate policies to non-technical audiences.
  • Coordinate PHIG annual reporting with stakeholders.
