Qualifications

• Associate degree or related experience preferred.
• 2+ years' experience in inventory management is preferred.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must have independent problem-solving skills and follow-up until resolved.

Responsibilities

• Maintain monthly accounting records for race used parts inventory and sales.
• Create and upload approved advertisements; update social media content for race used parts and equipment.
• Prepare and ship race used parts and equipment; complete authenticity documentation.
• Assist in creating and implementing approved advertising plans to maximize revenue.
• Document tracking of all parts, sales and authenticity certificates using databases or software.
• Support licensing, e-commerce and store operations as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve current processes and contribute to new initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Licensing, E-Commerce & Strategy.
