Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3+ years of software development experience, backend focus.
• Design complex systems at scale.
• Strong with Python; Rust or C# a plus.
• REST APIs, SQL, and object storage experience.
• Experience with React or similar frontend framework; UI concepts.
• Familiar with Git, CI/CD, and testing practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of internal applications.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for automated analysis.
• Create high-performing apps within external constraints.
• Ship full-stack internal tools for race weekends.
• Run CI/CD and source control.
• Research and recommend software/hardware to achieve goals.
• Manage multiple projects and communicate shipping timelines.
