AO Racing seeks an experienced race mechanic to support Porsche GT3R programs in IMSA/WEC. You will collaborate with mechanics, engineers, and managers to ensure car readiness, optimize setups, and maintain safety standards during race weekends.

The role requires travel with the team to testing sessions and races, precise diagnostics, and clear communication to keep the racing machine performing at the highest level.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Mechanic on Porsche GT3R or similar in IMSA, WEC, or Le Mans.

Responsibilities

• Travel with the team to races and tests, ensuring proper car function.
• Maintain understanding of technical specs, event procedures, and pit rules.
• Ensure professional appearance of cars and equipment.
• Lead by example to maintain smooth task flow during race weekends.
