Resident Assistants are full-time undergraduates who help student residents smoothly transition to college and residence hall life. The goal of an RA is to help stimulate growth, both personal and academic, and develop strong community within the residence hall.
The essential functions of the Resident Assistant include, but are not limited to; weekly room checks, lobby duty, roaming, policy enforcement, team meetings, planning and implementing dynamic programming tailored to their residence hall and coordinating with Resident Directors on larger programs.
