Job summary

Vertical Limit Aviation, LLC in Albuquerque, NM, seeks a qualified CFI/CFII to provide high quality flight and ground instruction while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.

Candidates must hold rotorcraft CFI/CFII, be current on SFAR 73 and in R-44 operations, maintain a 2nd class medical, and keep training records up to date. Occasional travel may be required. You will handle payments when needed, assist marketing, and uphold a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide flight and ground instruction to students.
• Maintain training records and monitor student progress.
• Ensure proficiency and annual proficiency checks for CFIs.
• Comply with Safety Management and Standard Operational Guidelines.
• Travel occasionally as required.
• Maintain aircraft cleanliness and readiness.
• Handle payments for sales as needed.
• Engage in marketing and other assigned tasks.
• Uphold a positive attitude and professionalism at all times.

Safety and customer/student satisfaction will be priority. Candidates must be self-motivated, reliable, and honest.

• Provide flight and ground instruction
• Provide quality instruction, support for students and maintain training records
• Ensure that CFI’s are proficient and passes a proficiency check every 12 months
• Ensure compliance with Safety Management
• Ensure compliance for Standard Operational Guidelines
• Ensure compliance and currency
• Occasional travel may be required
• Maintain cleanse of all aircraft
• Take payment for sales as needed
• Marketing and other tasks as assigned
• Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism at all times

Job Requirements

• Candidates must meet all CFI/CFII qualifications
• SFAR 73 Requirements met and current in R-44
• Must complete a flight and ground review prior to being hired
• Valid Drivers’ License, Birth Certificate or Passport
• Hold and maintain a CFI, CFII in rotorcraft
• Current 2ndClass medical
