Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in large-scale F&A transformation with a clear sales/revenue component.
• Minimum 5 years deep domain experience in PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent. CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&A Sales and Practice — own the full deal lifecycle from pursuit through project execution for global enterprise clients.
• Drive CFO-level relationships — serve as trusted advisor to CFOs, CAOs, and Finance leadership to generate opportunities.
• Design AI-first Finance solutions — apply agentic AI, intelligent automation, and ERP technologies to reinvent F&A operating models with clear value outcomes.
• Shape compelling value propositions — translate complex transformations into narratives that win client CFO confidence and close deals.
• Deliver deep domain expertise — act as a specialist in at least one F&A tower (PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A).
• Set the thought leadership agenda — contribute POVs on Finance Reinvention, AI in F&A, and the future of the Finance function.
