As a Portfolio and Development Intern, you will support the development of a new store deal or related real estate initiative. Depending on business need, exposure may include new stores, portfolio management, property management or dispositions.

Walmart Real Estate supports the places and physical assets that enable Walmart to serve customers and communities. Our work spans the full real estate lifecycle and brings together teams across strategy, portfolio and development, design, construction, facilities, fuel and convenience, data, technology, and other supporting functions.

This internship supports New Stores and the broader Portfolio and Development organization. The intern will contribute to a real estate deal while learning how cross-functional coordination, structured analysis and clear communication support successful execution.
