Base pay range: $22.31/hr - $22.31/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and motivating Personal Trainer to join our fitness team. If you're someone who thrives on making a positive impact on others' lives and enjoys designing personalized fitness journeys, this is the perfect opportunity for you! You'll work with clients of varying fitness levels, guiding them through tailored programs that meet their individual needs while making every session safe, effective, and enjoyable.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct in-depth health and fitness assessments to create personalized exercise plans.
  • Lead clients through dynamic workouts, adjusting to their needs, and ensuring proper technique and safety with all equipment (from free weights to cardio machines and specialized Hoist Motion Cage). Locations include the Englewood Recreation Center and the Malley Recreation Center.
  • Motivate clients to push past their limits in a supportive, upbeat, and fun environment.
  • Keep clients engaged and excited with a variety of exercises, including cardiovascular, strength training, and flexibility exercises.
  • Offer professional modifications for exercises as needed, catering to all fitness levels, including those with special needs.
  • Track progress and provide constructive feedback that helps clients feel empowered and achieve success.
  • Ensure clients have an exceptional experience, every session, every time.
What We're Looking For
  • Current personal training certification from recognized organizations (NASM, ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NSCA).
  • Passion for fitness and helping others reach their potential.
  • Ability to design innovative, fun, and challenging workout programs for all fitness levels.
  • Strong knowledge of proper exercise techniques and equipment use.
  • Comfort working with diverse clientele, from beginners to advanced athletes.
  • Current CPR/AED certification and commitment to ongoing education.
  • Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and at different community locations.
