What are you motivated by?

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities. You will perform a variety of cleaning tasks and ensure all rooms and common areas are tidy and presentable. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and a strong work ethic.

What you're great at:

• Entering and preparing rooms for cleaning
• Performing tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, removing and remaking beds, cleaning closets, etc., following standard operating procedures
• Replenishing guestroom and bath supplies
• Performing rotation cleaning duties (e.g., steam-clean carpets, spring cleaning, deep cleaning, etc.) as required
• Anticipating guests’ needs, responding promptly, and maintaining positive guest relations
• Being familiar with resort services/features and local attractions to assist guests' inquiries
• Responding to and resolving guest calls, requests, and complaints
• Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas
• Updating room cleaning status on the assignment sheet
• Returning and restocking the cart at the end of the shift
• Working to achieve and exceed guest satisfaction scores
• Assisting team members and being available to help
• Performing all other duties as assigned
