Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities, performing various cleaning tasks, and ensuring rooms and areas are tidy and presentable. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms for cleaning and perform tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning, bed making, and closet cleaning following standard procedures.
• Replenish guestroom and bath supplies.
• Perform rotation cleaning duties like steam-cleaning carpets and spring cleaning as needed.
• Handle minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and filters.
• Anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs, maintaining positive relations.
• Assist guests with inquiries about resort services, features, and local attractions.
• Respond to guest calls, requests, and complaints.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas.
• Update room cleaning status and restock carts at shift end.
• Strive to exceed guest satisfaction scores.
• Assist team members as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
