Job Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms for cleaning and perform tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning, bed making, and closet organization following standard procedures.
• Replenish guestroom and bath supplies.
• Perform rotation cleaning duties such as steam-cleaning carpets and spring cleaning as required.
• Handle minor maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs and filters.
• Respond promptly to guest needs, inquiries, and complaints, maintaining positive relations.
• Familiarize with resort services and local attractions to assist guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Update room cleaning status and restock carts at shift end.
• Strive to exceed guest satisfaction scores and assist team members as needed.
