Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the Timeshare or Hotel industry is advantageous.
• Experience in general resort maintenance, including landscaping, construction, and upkeep.
• Ability to read work orders and effectively use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances.
• Maintain daily upkeep, which includes but is not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, furniture moving, hanging drywall, and landscaping clean-up.
• Respond to maintenance calls and ensure the general upkeep of the resort.
• Notify the manager promptly of any maintenance issues.
• Assist guests as needed.
• Complete any other duties as assigned.
