Role Overview: The Maintenance Supervisor oversees maintenance services, including custodial duties related to exterior care, maintenance, and aesthetic upkeep of the resort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain property upkeep following standard operating procedures
• Determine and order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies
• Perform construction, painting, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
• Coordinate and inspect heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
• Establish work schedules and assign daily tasks
• Provide training, supervision, and technical assistance to staff
• Ensure safety regulations (OSHA) compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and a good driving record
• Minimum two years’ experience as a maintenance supervisor or equivalent
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatic Facility Operator (APO) certification
• Hazardous material handling training within 6 months of hire
• Experience with large, commercial, or public pools and related systems
• Knowledge of resort maintenance systems and OSHA regulations
• Ability to perform plumbing, electrical, construction, and painting tasks
