Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC in Branson, MO is seeking a R.O. Common Area Attendant at Grand Crowne to help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for guests and staff.

This role supports housekeeping duties such as mopping, vacuuming, and general maintenance; flexibility with scheduling and adherence to policies are required. Benefits include PTO, medical/dental with employer contribution, and insurance options.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility needed for scheduling purposes.

Responsibilities

• The Common Area Attendant provides and maintains a clean and friendly atmosphere for our guests and staff.
• Mops and vacuums floors.
• Performs minor maintenance duties, such as changing light bulbs, filters, etc.
• Manages storage and supplies, notifying manager when stock is low.
• All other duties as assigned.
