Job summary

Glass America Johnson City is seeking a skilled Auto Glass Technician to install automotive glass in-shop or on mobile calls. You will use proper tools, follow standards, and communicate with the local team to ensure timely, high-quality installations. A minimum of 2+ years' experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience replacing automotive glass.
• Must possess the physical capability to work on a variety of vehicle sizes.
• Body shop experience a plus.
• Strong work ethic and attendance.
• Problem solver who can work independently.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass background/MVR and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Install auto glass and other auto glass products in-shop or on a mobile basis.
• Utilize proper tools and techniques to ensure efficient, timely, and quality installation.
• Maintain communication with management and local support team about job changes.
• Complete paperwork and make bank deposits in a timely fashion.
• Deliver WoW experiences to customers while Be the Best.
