Job summary

A life sciences company in Clark, NJ is seeking an Executive MSP Recruiter for a 12-month onsite contract. The candidate will provide technical support for research and innovation, maintain awareness of industry trends, and collaborate with various teams to ensure product efficacy. A degree in a relevant scientific discipline and excellent communication skills are required. Previous experience in skincare or personal care is a plus.

• Collaborate with Safety and Analytical teams to coordinate product testing and analysis.
• Work closely with the Clinical Evaluation team to coordinate clinical, instrumental, and consumer testing.
• Support preparation of technical dossiers for new products or modifications to existing products.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Research & Innovation by creating synopses of new and existing technologies.
• Maintain awareness of emerging scientific and marketing opportunities through literature, publications, and industry trends.
• Serve as a creative catalyst to identify potential new technology discoveries or novel ingredient functions.
• Support testing approaches to validate active ingredient performance and overall product efficacy.
• Collaborate with Safety and Analytical teams to coordinate product testing and analysis.
• Work closely with the Clinical Evaluation team to coordinate clinical, instrumental, and consumer testing.
• Support preparation of technical dossiers for new products or modifications to existing products.
