Maintain awareness of emerging scientific and marketing opportunities through literature, publications, and industry trends.
Serve as a creative catalyst to identify potential new technology discoveries or novel ingredient functions.
Support testing approaches to validate active ingredient performance and overall product efficacy.
Collaborate with Safety and Analytical teams to coordinate product testing and analysis.
