Tyson Foods is seeking an Associate Technical Services professional for Caseyville, IL. This entry-level role leads and assists the R&D Technical Services Department in hands-on development, bench top and pilot plant work, from concept to commercialization.

You will coordinate with plant operations and corporate teams to launch products and ensure adherence to manufacturing instructions. The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Food Science or related field with at least 1 year in Quality, Food

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Meat Science, Biology, Chemistry or related discipline.
• 1 year experience in Quality, Food Safety, R&D or plant operations.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and quality control.
• Willingness to learn enterprise-wide software and use data to drive decisions.

Responsabilités

• Assist in product and process development for new and existing products.
• Lead and support cross-functional project teams across plant operations, supply chain and R&D.
• Ensure manufacturing instructions are followed during first production runs and manage BOM changes.
