Boston Scientific Corporation seeks a Lab Technician to support a lab with Windows-based medical device test equipment. You will follow work instructions, configure units under test, and assist internal customers across engineering teams.

This onsite role requires five days in the local office and a focus on safety and quality. The position requires 3–5 years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills.

About this role:

As a Lab Technician, you will assist in managing a lab that consists of Windows Computer Medical Devices under test, and Test Equipment.

Work Mode

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office five days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Follow Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures to configure units under test and test equipment
• Support internal customers with setting up units under test and test equipment

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 Years with High School Diploma and/or Equivalent experience, training , or apprenticeships
• Experience following Work Instructions/SOPs to manage equipment in a lab environment
• Experience with troubleshooting electronics with Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, etc.
• Experience working with supporting engineering teams with their lab/equipment need
• Experience with using Microsoft Windows
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork across functions.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with CAD tools and 3D printing
