Job summary

ScaleOps in the United States is seeking a software engineer to join a team of top-tier engineers building ScaleOps’ core product—a world-class Kubernetes resource management platform. You will develop production Go code, deepen expertise in containers, Kubernetes internals, and cloud-native infrastructure, and take ownership of meaningful projects in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on software engineering in large-scale systems.
• 2+ years leading software engineering initiatives and mentoring engineers in production environments.
• Experience building cloud-based applications.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies, including containers and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Go and backend systems.

Responsibilities

• Join a team of engineers building ScaleOps’ core product offering.
• Build a world-class Kubernetes resource management platform that improves the productivity of DevOps teams around the world.
• Develop deep expertise in Kubernetes, container technologies, and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Write significant production code in Go and gain deep familiarity with Kubernetes internals.
• Work with technologies such as Istio, Helm, Prometheus, container orchestration, microservices architecture, and cloud-native applications.
• Tackle complex engineering challenges and help drive innovation in Kubernetes optimization.
• Take ownership of meaningful technical projects with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
• Collaborate with skilled engineers in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.
