This role emphasizes disciplined testing across revisions, data integrity, and clear communication with Engineering and Brand Lead. Candidates should have 3+ years in automotive/suspension work and be able to lift up to 50 lbs in a structured, autonomous setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on automotive/suspension experience.
• Ability to install, remove, and evaluate prototype suspension components.
• Strong documentation and data-recording discipline.
• Clear written and verbal communication with Engineering and Brand Lead.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Install, remove, and reinstall prototype parts and suspensions following procedures.
• Maintain organized records of each test iteration.
• Inspect parts and raise concerns to Engineering before proceeding.
• Sign-off recommendations require Brand Lead approval.
• Remove shocks and perform valve revisions as directed and reinstalled for testing.
• Maintain shock valving profiles and revision history.
• Record measurements, clearances, and procedures accurately.
• Communicate findings to Engineering and Brand Lead.
• Develop Technical Instructions from documented install experience.
• Document tools, photographs, and factory torque values.
• Maintain and organize the R&D area, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with maintenance and repair of facility equipment and fleet vehicles.
• Maintain a service log for fleet vehicles.
