Job summary

Ladders seeks an R&D Supplier Quality Manager to oversee supplier quality activities supporting research and development with emphasis on governance, compliance, and service performance. You will partner with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure GxP data integrity and lifecycle standards are met.

Location is remote for US-based candidates; no visa sponsorship available. Compensation ranges from $104,287 to $141,094 annually, with bonus potential and long-term incentives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk-based supplier assessments and audits across R&D service categories.
• Lead qualification and oversight of suppliers providing GxP computerized systems.
• Plan and document audits of supplier GxP systems for compliance and data integrity.
• Assess supplier quality systems for lifecycle and incident management.
• Review quality and technical requirements in supplier contracts and agreements.
• Participate in supplier governance and evaluate service performance and risks.
• Monitor supplier performance and escalate quality issues as needed.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a R&D Supplier Quality Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will oversee supplier quality activities that support research and development operations, with a strong focus on risk-based governance, compliance, and service performance. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure R&D systems and services meet GxP expectations, data integrity requirements, and lifecycle standards. The position also plays an important role in strengthening supplier oversight, contract quality alignment, and issue escalation across a complex regulated environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $104,287 – $141,094 annually
