Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant scientific or medical discipline (PhD, MD, or equivalent) required/preferred based on final leveling; MBA or business qualification is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in consulting, strategy, business development, or comparable business-facing roles with exposure to pharmaceutical/biotech R&D environments.
Responsibilities
- Translate dense scientific content into coherent board-ready narratives and executive presentations with visuals, timelines and data visuals.
- Create reusable templates and collaborate with researchers, BD, program leads, and communications specialists for scientific accuracy and strategic clarity.
- Develop CI summaries for R&D and deliver insights for informed decision making for program planning.
