Job summary

Illumina is seeking a Manager, R&D Strategic Partnerships to lead execution across complex partnerships and strategic accounts. You will translate objectives into actionable plans, establish governance, and coordinate delivery across R&D and other functions with internal leaders and external stakeholders.

The role requires comfort in ambiguity, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple programs in a matrixed, regulated environment.
