Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) seeks a talented R&D Scientist - Aerosols to join a leading chemical and materials science organization in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The role supports product development and formulation optimization within the Research & Development department.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, analytical thinking, and collaboration, contributing to aerosol coating technologies, propellant systems, and coating formulations for commercial applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related scientific field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
• Strong understanding of scientific methodology, experimental design, and data analysis.
• Experience with coating chemistries such as alkyd, acrylic, epoxy, urethane, phenolic, polyaspartics, and sil(ox)anes.
• Knowledge of aerosol formulation science, including propellant and valve systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information effectively.

• Innovate, scale up, and commercialize new and existing aerosol coating technologies.
