Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Operations, or related field, with 7+ years in biotech/pharma R&D project management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional R&D projects with CROs and external vendors.
• Strong planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk mitigation, contract administration, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in preclinical development programs including toxicology, DMPK/ADME, bioanalysis, pharmacology.
• Ability to manage multiple studies and vendors in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated R&D project plans emphasizing preclinical operations and milestones.
• Coordinate outsourced preclinical studies across CROs and vendors.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and budgets for studies.
• Serve as operational liaison between internal teams and external vendors.
• Oversee vendor selection, RFP/RFQ processes, proposals, and contract scoping.
• Monitor CRO performance, governance, and issue resolution.
• Track budgets, expenditures, forecasts, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain study records, dashboards, and documentation repositories.
