Qualifications

• R&D, 제품 개발 또는 기술 분야에서의 PM 경력 1년 이상.

Responsibilities

• R&D 초기 연구 단계부터 개발 및 스케일업까지 프로젝트를 계획, 주도, 실행합니다.
• 기술 및 비즈니스 이해관계자와 협력해 프로젝트 범위, 목표, 산출물, 성공 지표를 정의합니다.
• 상세한 프로젝트 계획, 일정, 예산, 자원 계획을 수립하고 관리합니다.
• R&D, 품질, 규제, 제조, 공급망, 마케팅 등 다기능 팀을 조정합니다.
• R&D 작업에서의 기술적 위험, 불확실성, 우선순위 변화를 관리합니다.
• 설계 검토, 페이즈 게이트 검토, 기술 의사결정 포럼을 촉진합니다.
• 프로젝트 진행 상황, 이정표, KPI를 추적하고 이슈/의존성을 선제적으로 대응합니다.
• 범위, 일정, 요구사항 변경은 정식 변경관리 프로세스로 처리합니다.
• 내부 R&D 거버넌스, 안전, 품질 및 규제 표준 준수를 보장합니다.
• 경영진 및 이해관계자에게 프로젝트 현황, 위험 및 권고를 보고합니다.
• 학습된 교훈을 기록하고 R&D 프로젝트 실행의 지속적 개선을 지원합니다.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute R&D projects from early-stage research through development and scale-up
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Marketing
• Manage technical risks, development uncertainties, and changing priorities inherent in R&D work
• Facilitate design reviews, phase-gate reviews, and technical decision-making forums
• Track project progress, milestones, and KPIs; proactively address issues and dependencies
• Manage changes in scope, timelines, or requirements through formal change control processes
• Ensure compliance with internal R&D governance, safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement in R&D project execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related technical field
• 1+ years of project management experience in an R&D, product development, or technical environment
• Experience managing projects with technical uncertainty and evolving requirements

• Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s in a technical discipline
• PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification
• Experience with stage-gate product development processes
• Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceuticals, chemicals, medical devices, automotive)
• Familiarity with data-driven development, experimentation, or design-of-experiments (DOE)
