Responsibilities

• Lead and manage R&D projects from inception to completion, overseeing planning, execution and delivery.
• Partner management of external subcontractors and vendors to meet quality, timelines, and budget.
• Drive product definition and development from idea to market launch with smooth phase transitions.
• Develop project plans with scope, milestones, timelines, resources, and budgets, and monitor progress.
• Communicate milestones, challenges, and strategic direction to stakeholders to ensure transparency and executive support.
• Perform risk analyses and mitigation planning to avoid bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality gates, and IP protection.
• Establish and track KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
