Responsibilities

• Project management for product development or major technology development initiatives.
• Serve as R&D and Technology Coordinator per Q-PEP guidelines.
• Plan projects including work packages, costs and timelines.
• Organize and lead interdisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to development of technical concepts.
• Ensure specifications, costs, schedules, documentation and reporting.
• Represent project team and results to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Ensure assembly/joining technologies and testing equipment are available on time and budget; hand over docs to production.
• Initiate problem-solving measures and task forces for urgent issues.
