Job summary

O Positiv Health in Santa Monica, CA, seeks a Project Manager, R&D to drive end-to-end dietary supplement product development from concept to launch. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and keep the portfolio moving in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll partner with R&D, Quality, and vendors, track milestones, and ensure launch readiness while maintaining organized documentation and project trackers in Monday.com or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; science/food science background is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full development pipeline from concept through launch.
• Build and maintain development timelines with milestones and owners.
• Maintain a clear view of the pipeline and risks.
• Run project check-ins with R&D stakeholders.
• Coordinate sample logistics, trials, and documentation movement between departments.
• Track vendor lead times and manage external meetings with R&D.
• Ensure launch readiness across departments and documentation routing.
• Keep trackers and development records organized in PM tools.
