• Performing mechanical design with Computer Aided Design and Finite Element Analysis
• Coordinating with the machine shop, additive manufacturing lab, and test labto validate designs
• Coordinate and perform mechanical product testing

• Work closely with experienced engineerson connector related projects
• Gain exposure to manufacturing processes such as stamping, forming, plating, molding, machining, and additive manufacturing.

You’re the kind of person we are looking for if you:

• Have earned a high school diploma or GED
• Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a BA/BS or MA/MS Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university—or have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered).
• Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project
• Are authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $$20.91 – 45.04/hour (subject to change dependent on physical location)

Timeline

TE Connectivity recruits on campus between September and March for New Grad (FT), Rotational, Internship and Co-op positions beginning in May. Once you accept an offer, the onboarding process will begin in January for interns who have committed to offers in the fall semester and upon acceptance for interns who have committed to offers in the spring semester.
