Job summary

Growve in Ogden, UT is seeking a Product Development Associate to apply formulation and food safety expertise to support all departments and ensure NutraSelf products meet quality standards. You will work with teams to optimize production flow and maintain sanitation and safety daily.

Responsibilities include assisting with manufacturing procedures (kitting, blending, beadlet production, encapsulation, packaging) and performing benchtop experiments while keeping a clean lab space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.
• 1–2 years of R&D experience, preferably in dietary supplement manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication; interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
• Cross-train across high-speed manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing tasks (kitting, mixing/blending, beadlet manufacturing, encapsulating, packaging, labeling).
• Prepare and maintain materials and equipment at start, during, and end of production.
• Weigh dietary supplement formulations for beadlets, powders, and encapsulation.
• Maintain an organized and clean lab space and assist customers with product development needs.
