Henkel seeks an undergraduate intern in the United States to gain hands-on experience in laundry product formulation and development. You will work in a lab with brands like Persil, all, and Snuggle, collaborating with analytical, packaging, and process teams to drive the product lifecycle.

You'll design experiments, prepare test batches, and present results to diverse audiences, with housing/relocation support and a strong emphasis on learning and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in a relevant science/engineering field.
• Lab experience through coursework, research or internships.
• Strong leadership and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Get hands-on experience creating product formulations in a lab setting for brands Persil, Purex or Snuggle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams during the product development cycle.
• Research novel chemistries to enhance performance of detergent formulations.
• Design and conduct experiments to develop or improve laundry products.
• Present findings and insights from research to technical and non-technical audiences.
