Mars is seeking a Lead R&D Processes & Work Systems to drive adoption, performance and continuous improvement of R&D processes. The role translates approved standards into practical routines, governance and capability building to sustain execution.

Responsibilities include leading work system elements, coaching teams, tracking maturity and process performance, and coordinating with regions to embed standards while maintaining core controls.

Competenze

• Experience in process improvement or operational excellence.
• Ability to translate standards into practical execution.
• Exposure to R&D systems, data requirements or regulated environments preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead activation of work system elements including standard work and governance routines.
• Drive process adoption, performance tracking and gap closing with process owners.
• Coordinate with regions to embed global standards into local execution.
